Who is responsible

What we hold, and why

We do not profile you, we do not advertise to you, and we do not use your work to train any model. Academy has no AI feature. It sends no marketing email unless you ask for our newsletter, which is a choice you make yourself: it is off until you tick it (in the “Start this course” box or on your account's Data and privacy page) and you can switch it off again on that page.
Who else sees it
Two, both Microsoft, both processing inside the EU:
- Microsoft Azure — hosting and the database, in the Sweden Central region.
- Microsoft Entra External ID — the sign-in directory.
Nobody else. Your enquiry is stored in our own database and is not forwarded to any third party.
How long
For as long as you have an account. You can erase it yourself from your account page at any time, and you do not need to ask us. Enquiries from the contact form are kept until we have answered you and you are no longer interested.
The script kept in your browser stays there until you press “Reset to the starter code” or clear this site’s data in your browser; we cannot see it, and erasing your account does not remove it, because it is not on our side. On a shared computer, clear this site’s data when you finish.
⚠ Honest detail most notices leave out: after you erase, copies persist briefly in our backups — up to 7 days in the platform database backups and up to 90 days in our own encrypted off-site copies, which are whole-database copies with no per-person filter. They are not used for anything, and they age out on their own.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it (or do it yourself), object to what we are doing, or ask us to restrict it. Email contact@reddooranalytics.se and we will answer within a month.
If you think we have handled your data unlawfully you can complain to Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY) — Box 8114, 104 20 Stockholm · imy@imy.se · www.imy.se — or to the authority in your own EU/EEA country.
Changes
This is version 2026-10-14. If we change it materially we will say so here and, where the change affects something you consented to, ask you again.
